今回は先生たちが時々参加している

お馴染みの(?)早朝エクササイズの模様をお届けします ;-)

Doing exercise every morning helps our body have the energy it needs to have for a long and tiring day. For some, especially for those who are athletic, jogging and running everyday is a must; for others who just want to do lesser-tiring work out, they walk or just lift weighs at home; for some who wants professional help, they go to the gym or fitness center. :-)

 

But for those people who wanted to exercise while dancing, they do Zumba!!Morning Exercise1

 

 

 

 

We believe that in our previous articles, we have already talked about Zumba. As a refresher, Zumba is a fitness program that involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip hop, soca, samba, salsa, meringue and mambo. Squats and lunges are also included. :-)

 

Every Saturday morning in the baywalk of Lingayen beachfront, provincial government of Pangasinan has a Zumba dance and fitness program offered to everyone, not just for Pangasinenses. ;-) Morning Exercise2

Zumba has been a popular way of staying fit in the Philippines. Many people have been doing it to stay in shape or just for leisure. ;-) Morning Exercise5

 

 

Teachers are trying their best to keep up with the steps and dance moves being taught by the choreographers upstage.Morning Exercise6

 

 

 

Have you tried doing Zumba? We highly recommend this type of exercise because aside from being fit, you can also enjoy dancing with your buddies! ;-) Morning Exercise7

既に何年も続いている、リンガエンビーチでのZumbaですが

それぞれの振付師によってアレンジが加わるため

毎回参加していても飽きることはないそうですよ ;-)

 

継続するためには、楽しむ気持ちも大切だけど

一緒に頑張る仲間がいることもポイントですよね ;-)

 

 

パロッツ君のレッスンはご存じの通り担任制ではありません。

だから毎回違う先生のレッスンを受けて

楽しみながら継続することができます!

 

そしてレッスンは完全マンツーマン制!

だから分からないことがあっても

先生たちが一対一で習得まで手を引いていきます :-D

 

 

早朝エクササイズで健康的に!
