Halloween, a contraction of All Hallows’ Eve, is a celebration observed on October 31st, the day before the feast of All Hallows’. The celebrations and observances of this day occur primarily in regions of the Western world, although some traditions vary significantly between geographical areas.
Halloween here in the Philippines is not like the Halloween in the Western countries. Although it’s a big holiday, we celebrate it in a different manner. Halloween in the Philippines lasts from the eve of October 31st (or even before this day) to November 2nd.
